Our Process

With hundreds of projects completed, Knataitis Construction has developed a simple and effective process to ensure the best possible construction experience for all parties involved.

• This process begins at the first phone conversation. Whether you speak with Linda, Noah, or Zack, they will be collecting some basic information on the proposed project, as well as contact information, which will be recorded on a “lead sheet.”

• The lead sheet is then passed on to Noah or Zack, who will follow up with you within 24 hours to further discuss the project and set up a meeting time.

• At the first meeting, Noah will sit down and discuss the details of the project with you. He will then check out the project with you and offer some professional suggestions. Finally he will offer you a verbal range estimate, that will get you in the ball-park of the cost of the proposed job.

• At this point if you are interested in moving forward with the job, Noah will show an example Project Analysis Portfolio and the professional service that we can offer you. There is a fee associated with this service that is determined based on the scope of the job. If you decide to have Knataitis Construction complete the project for you that fee will go towards the overall job cost.

• If you decide to partake in the PAP we will become your professional advocate and give you all of the information you need to make an informed buying decision, including a 3-D design of the proposed project, an extremely detailed scope of work, and a hard price.

• We will work with you throughout the PAP process to develop a desirable design within the budget.

• If we come to terms on the proposed project, we will then put you on the construction schedule. Before the start of the project there will be a pre-construction meeting where you will be introduced to one of our lead carpenters, who will take respnsability for completing your project.
