Biography
Noah began working in the construction industry as a senior in high school. Working his way through college as a carpenter, he graduated from Alfred State College in 2003. The combination of knowledge developed from hands-on experience and classroom theory led Noah to start the construction company in 2005 with his father, Dave. Since then Noah has dedicated himself to developing a company with the best customer experience in the industry.


Responsibilities
Currently Noah’s responsibilities include general oversight of operations, along with the more focused duties of estimating, project management, and sales.


Hobbies
Noah currently lives in Williamson. Away from work, Noah enjoys being spending time with his wife Krystal, being outdoors, and taking in a baseball game.

ZACK POOLE
Partner

Biography
Zack has been with Knataitis Construction since 2007. Working his way through college he became very proficient in the trades, and after college decided to continue his career in construction. In 2012 with the retirement of Dave Knataitis, Zack became an owner and partner of Noah. Zack also shares Noah’s passion for creating the best possible customer experience in the industry.


Responsibilities
Currently Zack’s responsibilities include production management, marketing, and carpentry.


Hobbies
Away from work Zack enjoys working out, competitive sports, and spending time with his wife Alyssa.

DAVE KNATAITIS
Office Manager

Biography
Dave has been around the construction industry since 1967, when he worked framing houses after graduating high school. However after the housing crisis of the 1970’s Dave was forced to leave the construction industry and find work elsewhere. In 1999 however Dave left his job with the town in order to again pursue a career in the construction industry, this time with his son Noah. Starting out mostly trimming houses Dave and Noah began to branch out into other aspects of the industry, such as framing, siding, roofing, and general contracting. Finally in 2005, Dave and Noah decided to incorporate, creating Knataitis Construction LLC. Ever since the two have been doing all they can to grow the company, build a product they are proud to hang their name on, and maintain happy customers, with whom they develop personal relationships. In 2012 Dave decided it was time to retire from the trades and now holds a part-time roll with the company.


Responsibilities
Currently Dave’s responsibilities include permit procurement, and job site support.


Hobbies
Dave currently lives in Williamson with his wife Linda. Away from work Dave enjoys being a volunteer fireman at Pultneyville fire company, and spending time with his family.

Adrian Vander Byl
Foreman

Biography
Adrian got started in the construction industry in college where he attended Alfred State for building construction. After graduating college in 2003, Adrian set out as a framer, completing hundreds of projects over the next 8 years. When the framing market began to fizzle, Adrian turned to remodeling. Focusing on remodeling for the next 2 years of his career Adrian became a very well rounded tradesman. With over a decade of experience under his belt, a very strong work ethic, and great leadership skills Adrian is an invaluable part of our construction team.


Responsibilities
Currently Adrian’s responsibilities include job site management, and carpentry.


Hobbies
Away from work Adrian enjoys music, ATV’s, and volunteering at the local firehall.

Ryan Rapp
Carpenter

Education

EMCC Construction Trades


Biography
Ryan began with Knataitis construction in 2014 immediately upon graduating high school. Despite his youth Ryan came to work extremely prepared and well rounded in carpentry. His deep passion for carpentry allows him to pick up on new things very quickly and ask all of the right questions. With his youthful ambition and passion for learning, Ryan will be a large part of the future success of Knataitis Construction.

Currently Ryan’s responsibilities include Carpentry.


Hobbies
Away from work Ryan enjoys power sports, boxing, and hunting.
